Returns / Exchanges

Color

Every effort is made to present yarn colors accurately.  However, variations may occur for two reasons:

  1. Yarn is dyed in lots,
  2. Computer monitors render color differently.

 Returns / Exchanges

New or unused yarn in its original condition may be exchanged for another yarn/color or store credit within 30 days of purchase. When exchanging yarn, the customer must pay for all shipping costs associated with the exchange. Customer will receive notice of their credit with TwistYarns.com via e-mail.

If returning merchandise damaged in the mail, we will happily reimburse any shipping costs incurred.  We will also send replacement merchandise at no additional cost. For our records, please include a detailed description of the damage with your return.

Merchandise returned for exchange or replacement to twistyarns.com must be accompanied by:

* copy of customer receipt
* customer’s email address
* customer’s phone number
* customer’s shipping address

A store credit will be issued when your return is received.  Shipping charges are not refundable.

Patterns, books, needles/hooks, sale items, accessories as well as yarns that have been wound from skeins may not be returned.

ALL RETURN SHIPMENTS MUST BE INSURED FOR THE FULL VALUE OF THE CONTENTS. IF THE SHIPMENT GETS LOST, NO REFUND WILL BE POSSIBLE.

Twistyarns.com is not responsible for uninsured packages.

 

Prices & Sales Tax

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are subject to change.

Sales taxes are based on the shipping address of your order. All packages shipped to California residents will be charged sales tax.
